灯盏花中灯盏花乙素的提取与分析方法探讨

摘    要:灯盏花是云南省的特色中草药之一,有重要的药用价值,并为地方经济做出了重要贡献.对灯盏花中有效成分灯盏花乙素的提取和分离检测进行全面报道,包括溶剂浸提、索氏提取、超声提取、微波提取、超临界流体萃取等提取方法,以及紫外分光光度法、薄层色谱法、高效液相色谱法、毛细管电泳法、液质联用法等分离检测方法,旨在为相关研究提供参考.

Abstract:Erigeron Breviscapus is one of the Yunnan characteristic traditional Chinese herbal medicines. It has important medicinal value and has made an important contribution to the local economy. In this paper, the extraction and determination of scutellarin in Erigeron Breviscapus are reviewed, including the extraction methods of solvent extraction, soxhlet extraction, ultrasonic extraction, microwave extraction, supercritieal fluid extraction, and the determination methods of ultraviolet speetrophotometry, thin layer chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography, capillary electrophoresis and liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrum. It would be a reference for related research.
