民族精神与和谐社会的文化认同

民族精神的培育作为文化建设的一个内容而成为和谐社会建设的题中之义，是和谐社会保持文化认同的一股重要精神力量。民族精神是古代、近代、当代精神传统的辩证统一，是政治意义与文化意义的辩证统一。体现民族性与普世性的辩证统一。民族精神建构需要注意几个重要环节：第一。积极概括与提升在当前群众实践中涌现出来的新精神和新经验，丰富民族精神的时代内涵；第二，加强对民族文化的学术研究与创造性阐释，凸现民族精神的深层次内涵；第三，鼓励一般民众参与民族精神的自由讨论；第四，让民族精神内化为个体的自由人格。

National Spirit and Cultural Identity in A Harmonious Society

As a part of the construction of advanced culture the cultivation of national spirit is a major force to keep the cultural identity in the process of building a harmonious society in China. The national spirit is not only the dialectical unity of ancient, modern and contemporary spiritual traditions, but also the unity of political and cultural significances, as well as the unity of nationalities and universalities. There are four approaches to construct national spirit. Firstly, we should gather up and exalt new spirits and new experiences emerging from contemporary people's practice to enrich the national spirit. Secondly, we should intensify academic research and make innovative explanation in the field of traditional culture to deepen the meaning of the national spirit. Thirdly, we should encourage general population to participate in the free dialogues on the issue of national spirit. Finally, we attempt to make the national spirit become an intrinsic factor of free personality.
