非公有制企业党建工作的新思考

《中共中央办公厅关于加强和改进非公有制企业党的建设工作的意见（试行）》的出台对新形势下非公有制企业党建工作提出了更高的要求。针对当前非公企业党建存在的一系列问题,提出了开展非公党建新局面的创新举措：即以＂发挥两大作用＂为新定位,以党委政府高度重视为前提、以企业党组织履行职能为关键、以党员干部给力工作为重点、以健全保障机制为根本。

Contemplation on Party Buliding Work in Non-public Enterprises

The issue of "The views of the General Office of the CPC Central Committee on strengthening and improving Party building work in non-public enterprises(Trial)" has put forth higher requirements for Party-building work in non-public economies.At present,there are some problems in non-public enterprises.As a result,it is urgent for us to further exemplify the new positioning of "two functions" and strive to open up a new stage of Party building work in non-public businesses under the premise of the attention paid by provincial government,focusing on the point that Party organization will fulfill its duty and Party members working hard,and improve the protection mechanism as a fundamental.
