| 摘 要： | 儒家道德理想设计的基本指向是培养一种“内圣外王”的理想人格，即“圣人”人格，其中的“内圣”是以道德理性为前提，强调道德的自我力量，由“内圣”至“外王”，“修己以安百姓”。因此为官者的修己功夫不仅仅是一种性情上的陶冶，而且还有更深远的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The basic orientation of the design of the Confucian moral ideal was to develop the ideal personality "sagely within and kingly without," i.e.,the "Superior Human Beings"who are have sagely moral qualities.After having cultivated these qualities,they could govern the people.To the ancient officials,self-cultivation is not only the cultivation of personality,but is of far-reaching realistic significance. |
