| 摘 要： | 以莱芜颜庄居住区为例,通过对历史建筑文化特质与内涵的发掘,整合历史文化资源,形成历史地段保护区;通过对现状建设条件和建设环境的分析,结合周边水系等自然环境,对采空区不适宜建设的区域安排绿化和活动场地,打造富有地方文化特征的景观节点,在规划中充分尊重现有建筑的布局,使规划区成为一个具有浓郁地方文化氛围、规划建筑与原有建筑肌理相同、与自然环境和谐共生的新时代新农村居住社区.
