| 摘 要： | 刑法因果关系的研究是我国学术界争议最多的问题之一。本文循着我国学者们在因果关系研究的踪迹,从比较的角度,阐述我国刑法因果关系研究的不足之处。最后导出自己的一孔之见:主客观相统一的刑法因果关系。
