| 摘 要： | 虽然说中国的教育管理模式是一种典型的集权式教育管理模式,但中国各级地方政府在教育发展中却起着举足轻重的作用。为了促进本地区教育的发展,各地方政府不断进行教育治理模式的改革。通过对地方政府教育治理模式变革的考察发现,在诸多影响地方政府教育治理模式变革的因素中,意识形态在其中起着重要的作用。

| Abstract: | In China a typical centralized educational administration pattern is adopted, but local governments at various levels play an importance role in the educational development. In order to advance the educational development, governments at all levels have conducted sustained educational governance pattern reforms. After investigating the education governance pattern reforms of local governments, we find that ideology is one of the major factors affecting the reforms. |
