高等职业教育专业人才的KAQ结构分析

目前，存在着一方面高技能人才短缺，另一方面高等职业教育培养的大量毕业生就业率低下，无法满足社会需要。解决这一矛盾的关键在于能否准确的界定高等职业教育人才的知识、能力、素质结构（KAQ结构）。高等职业技术人才的KAQ构成主要涵盖复合知识、综合能力和总体素质三方面，是高等职业教育专业课程体系设计的基本前提，也是高等职业技术人才能否满足社会经济发展的需要、实现与行业企业“零距离”对接，提高就业能力的关键所在。
