隐性课程的育德本质和功能

摘    要:隐性课程是指通过校园文化、校园生活、校风、人际关系等潜移默化地影响学生的课程。隐性课程在本质上是对学生产生的一种价值影响。德育隐性课程对学生品德形成和产生是有意识和无意识的交互作用的结果,对学生道德感具有体验、熏陶作用,对学生的道德行为具有约束、规范作用,对学生品德形成具有明显的导向、激励作用。

Abstract:Recessive course means that influences students' course imperceptibly through culture of the campus, life of the campus, school discipline, and imterpersonal relationships in the campus, etc. Recessive course in essence is a kind of value influence Moral recessive course form and produce student's morality, it's a kind of consciously and unconscious result of reciprocation. It has an experience, edify influence on students' moral and emotion, has a function on restrain students' moral behavior, has obvious directions on student's morality, and has encouragement function.
