农村教师终身化教育困境及对策思考

随着信息时代的到来,知识经济的发展,终身教育已成为当今社会教育的主旋律。面对教育终身化的社会大环境,农村教师终身化教育存在着许多难题有待尽快解决。本文主要讨论农村教师终身化教育问题,通过对农村教师终身化教育存在的问题——农村教师继续学习意识淡薄、学习资源的缺乏以及资金不足等进行具体分析的基础上,提出了现阶段解决这些问题的相应举措。

Problems and Countermeasures of Lifelong Education of Rural Teacher

Along with the coming of information age and development of knowledge economy,nowadays,lifelong education becomes the main part of education.In the society,lifelong education of rural teachers confronts with many problems to solve rapidly.This paper mainly talks about the follow aspects of lifelong education of rural teachers: lack of consciousness in continuing study,scarcity of learning resources and shortage of finance,and at the same time puts forward methods to solve these problems.
