| 摘 要： | 民办高校师德现状中的缺失问题亟待重视。造成师德缺失的原因涉及社会因素、学校因素、学生因素以及教师个体因素四个方面。认清民办高校师德缺失现状，分析其缺失的原因，研究如何解决师德缺失问题，值得民办高等教育领域教育者的深入思考。
