| 摘 要： | 在分析总结城市用地适宜性评价的相关理论基础上,将城市规划用地评价方法与地理信息技术融合成一整体,利用GIS强大的空间分析能力,使得城市用地的适宜性评价方法更加科学合理.文章以泉州市为例.利用AHP方法,对泉州目前的城市用地情况进行了适宜性的定量分析,将现有城市用地划分为适宜开发土地、经改善后适宜开发的土地、不适宜开发的土地三类.有机地结合了GIS技术手段,使得所得到的分析结果更加具有科学性.
