"导-学-议-访-研"骨干教师培训模式初探

摘    要:如何适应时代特征和骨干教师自身特点,构建多样化、开放式的培训模式是当前骨干教师培训研究的重要课题。笔者在分析骨干教师培训目标和特点的基础上,结合自身实践,构建了“导-学-议-访-研”培训模式。本文从该模式的含义,构建依据,实施过程和应遵循的原则四个方面进行讨论。实践证明:这一培训模式能够有效的增强骨干教师培训的实效性。

Abstract:How to adapt to era characteristics and key teachers' trait, andhow to build trainingmodelin a diversified and openingwayisthe key taskofcurrent key teacher training research. Thewriters build thetraining model of "guiding, learning, exchanging,observing and researching" combined with self-practice on the basis of analyzing objectives and characteristics of key teacher tra-ining. This article discusses the training model from four aspects of meaning, building foundation, executing process and abidingrules. Practice has proved that the training model can improve the efficiency of key teacher training.
