教师自学培训模式的探索

Research on Teachers' Self-training Mode

Teachers' Self-training is a new mode of teachers' training that not only combines with self-learning-test and teachers' training, but also integrates international teachers' training,school-based training and the practice and theory of the present teachers' training.First the paper tells the reason of researching teachers' self-training mode from the following three aspects : the huge gap of discrepancy,teachers' specialization demanded by the time,and the weakness of the present teachers' training,and then the paper emphatically researches the meaning,the traits,the advantages and the method of putting it into practice of teachers' self-training.
