| 摘 要： | 江苏开放大学批准建立后,学校积极争取政府支持,着力抓好办学系统建设,会同主管部门,提出市县开放大学建设的指导意见。在市县政府上报建设方案后,认真组织专家审核,最终报请省政府批准,形成开放大学办学系统,为全省电大的战略转型打下坚实基础。

| Abstract: | After given the approval of setting up Jiangsu Open University, the school is striving for the governmental support and concentrating on the school system construction. It will put forward the guidelines for the construction of Open Universities in cit- ies and counties with the administrative department. The submission of the cities and counties＇construction schemes will be seri- ously verified by experts before they are submitted to the provincial government for approval. A systematic construction of Open University can thus be formed in order to lay a solid foundation for the strategic shift of Radio and TV university of Jiangsu Prov- ince. |
