| 摘 要： | 中德两国开展职业技术教育的目的基本一致,但在管理模式和教学模式上存在差异.在管理模式上,中国学校管理事物细,面广量大,德国学校管理以教学为主线.在教学模式上,中国教学关注知识,强调群体式学习方式,德国教学关注能力,强调个体式学习.两国职教模式应在追求知能并重上相互借鉴,取长补短.
