试论法律信仰的培养

随着“依法治国，建设社会主义法制国家”治国方针的提出，法治精神逐渐在社会生活中深入人心。但是，公众对于法律信仰的失落仍然是一个严重影响着中国法治化进程的危机。文章从对法律信仰的理性思考入手，分析法律信仰与法治化的内在联系，指出了当前我国广大民众对法律信仰失落的现状和成因，进而提出了培养法律信仰的几点思考。

Fostering of legal beliefs

The spirit of ruling by law has gradually gone deep into people's hearts since we put forward to a policy, of which the principal points were ruling by law and constructing the socialist state ruled by law. However, public disbeliefs in law are still a crisis which seriously influence the process of ruling by law in China. This article begins with the rational knowledge of legal beliefs, then analyses the internal connection of legal beliefs and rule of law, as well as the reason and current situation of public disbelief in law. Besides, it raises some questions on how to foster legal beliefs.
