高校公共体育中生态体育课程体系构建——以武夷学院为例

本文采用问卷调查法、对比实验等研究方法,在理论与实践基础上探讨高校公共体育课中生态体育课程的构建可行性.结果表明：生态体育课程较传统体育教学模式能更好的将自然与体育、人与体育融合,对传统人文教育、大学生身心健康、终身体育意识培养有显著的效果,并为高校体育教学改革提供有利的参考依据.

Commonality PE Curriculum System of Ecological Sports in Colleges and Universities

The paper using methods of questionnaire,investigation,comparing and experiment,discuss the commonality physical educa- tion in the construction of ecological sports course on the base of theory and practice. The results showed that： the ecological sports course than traditional sports teaching mode can better will be natural and sports, people and sports fusion, to the traditional humanistic educa- tion, college students＂ physical and mental health, lifelong sports consciousness cultivation has significant effect, and for college PE teach- ing reform to provide beneficial reference.
