| 摘 要： | 影响设计进度的因素很多，而人力资源是影响设计进度的关键因素。因此需对人力资源这个主要的因素进行控制，合理地配置项目组的人力资源，可避免因人力不足或人员素质的不够影响项目的进度。设计公司可通过采用项目组管理等科学的管理方法，合理分配有限资源，有效地提高设计的质量和进度。

| Abstract: | Human resources are vital one in many factors affecting design process.It is essential to control this factor from aspects of the project team and the company.Reasonable allocation of the project team's human resources may avoid affecting process of the project due to lack of labor forces and low qualities of laborers.The design company may allocate limited resources and improve quality and process of the design effectively through the project team management and other scientific management methods. |
