临沂市文化事业与文化产业的互动机制研究

近几年来，临沂市的文化事业、文化产业已经有了较快发展，积累了一定经验，今后围绕“文化强市”建设，通过建立政府调控和市场调节相结合的文化管理体制，强化依法行政，有效激发广大文化工作者的积极性、主动性和创造性，建立覆盖全社会的比较完善的公共文化服务体系，进行文化产业结构的战略性调整等途径，“以文化事业濡养文化产业．以文化产业回馈文化事业”，共同推动文化建设，对促进临沂市社会和谐发展，提升城市形象有着重要的现实意义。
