| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了高校附属医院资金使用效益提高的四种途径:强化财务管理,是提高医院资金使用效益的基本途径;选择科学的采购方式,提高设备的利用率,是提高资金使用效益的有效途径;树立资金时间价值观念,管好用活资金,是提高资金使用效益的重要手段;健全内部审计,强化会计监督,是提高资金使用效益的重要保证。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces four ways to improve the use of fund of affiliate hospital with college and university-to intensify financial management is the basic way to improve the use of hospital fund; to choose the scientific purchase methods and improve the rate of use are the effective ways to improve the use of fund; to build up the concept of fund time value and do well with the fund are the important ways; to perfect internal and it and intensify accountancy supervision are the important guarantee to improve the use of fund. |
