| 摘 要： | 本文根据现代化高校图书馆的基本特点，分析了目前我国高校图书馆在管理体制上的弊端及各方面的影响因素，提出了图书馆的现代化首先是管理体制的现代化，并就高校图书馆的机构设置、资源建设、资源利用及与之相关的管理等方面的内容进行了论述。
