| 摘 要： | 在依法治校的大前提下,高校学籍管理应该同时考虑大学生的特点,做到"情法两尽"。在管理进行前,尽可能地预防"法"与"情"的冲突;管理过程中,既要保障"法"的基础地位,也要加强"情感"管理;管理完成后,注意弥补"法"与"情"的冲突。使学生既能接受学生处理,也能在以后的学习生活中健康成长。
