360度绩效评估在高校绩效管理中的应用

摘    要:根据人力资源管理理论,高校绩效管理的主要目的是人力资源的开发,对教职工实行“以人为本”的绩效管理。在建立学校绩效评估体系时,可借鉴已成功应用于企业的360度绩效评估,它能够提供有关员工个人的工作能力、素质、工作风格与工作态度的全面总结,使教职工在实现自我价值的同时,为组织创造最好的效益。该评估体系需要通过准备、实施、反馈辅导三个阶段来实施。

Abstract:According to the human resource management theory,the main purpose of higher school performance management is human resource development to practise the performance management to the staff "make people the center".While establishing school performance evaluation system,can use for reference from succeeded 360 degrees performance evaluation that apply in the business enterprise.It can provide completely the personal work in relevant employee ability,character,work style and work attitude,making the staff realize self-worth at the same time and creating best benefit for the school.The evaluation system demands preparation,implementation and feedback guides to put for three stages into practice.
