| 摘 要： | 城市化是人口、经济、社会、环境组成的复合系统,论文构建了资源环境质量综合评价指标体系,确定了指标警限的取值标准.基于安徽省1999 -2008年的统计数据,对安徽省资源环境质量进行了综合评价.以此为依据,分析了制约安徽省资源环境质量的因素及其政策含义.

| Abstract: | Based on urbanization being a composite system consisting of population,industry and space,the paper established index system to evaluate the quality of resources and environmental,and identified the value standard of indicators.Based on the data from 1999 to 2008 in AnHui Province,Empirical analysis on the quality of resources and environmental in AnHui Province was made.The policies' implications were drawn. |
