| 摘 要： | “5·12”汶川大地震发生后，成都地区高校大学生出现了学习动力匮乏，学习适应困难，学习焦虑和压力加大等学习心理障碍，需要有针对性的调适方法，即科学揭示该突发性公共事件的真相，加强理想、信念与责任教育等。
