| Abstract: | To establish the general operation system in the openness and development in Tianjin Binhai Area,we should base on the results of theoretical research,be in the direct of related policies,with the decision-making system,action-adjustment system,information transporting system and encouragement system as main components,which could make sure that the economy operation system in Binhai Area work well. |
