| 摘 要： | 提出在知识经济时代,大学生的创造力是由其创新的基本素质所决定的。创新基本素质是由创新意识、创新思维、创新人格、创新知识结构和创新能力要素相互作用形成的具有特定结构的有机整体。大学生创新基本素质水平的高低,既与各要素的质量水平有关,更与它们的联系的方式有关。同时,还提出了培养大学生创新素质的途径和方法。

| Abstract: | The article has set forth that the creativity is decided by the principal quality of innovation. In the economy age the principal quality of innovation consist of the consciousness, thought, structure of knowledge, ability and personality of innovation. The components of innovation interact into a unitary organism. The developing level of innovative ability correlates with not only the developing level of the component but also its interacting relation. The author advises some methods and ways to develop the quality of innovation. |
