| Abstract: | This essay makes an analysis on the connotative evolution and key links of modern distance education under the condition of modern information and the dynamic development of network techniques. Then the author proposes new ideas and new understanding on modern distance education and sets new demands on it. Finally the essay points out the three big and new problems that have to be settled urgently now. |
