| 摘 要： | 知识型员工的高比例流失严重影响中小民营企业的健康发展。知识型员工的流失是由各种因素综合而成的。文章提出中小民营企业知识型员工流失问题主要包括三个方面:社会因素、企业因素和个人因素,并以此为基础,提出了控制中小民营企业知识型员工流失对策。
