摘    要:为了使学生毕业后能更好地适应实践性很强的临床护理工作,我们采用了“情景病案教学法”,即按临床内科护理模式来训练在校学生的相关技能。通过对学生的问卷调查普遍反映良好;通过对实习医院的问卷调查,发现学生临床适应快,护理工作能力较强。此法不亚于临床见习,有继续采用的必要。

Abstract:In order to make students easily adapt themselves to clinical nursing work after their graduation, "situation-case" teaching method was applied to teaching, clinical internal-medicine nursing model to train student was adopted. The result was that the questionnaire from students are good, and the investigation from hospital shows: the students can adapt clinical work quickly, and have a strong nursing working abilities. The method is better than clinical noviciate, and it is necessary for teachers to continue with this method in their practice.
