对上海体育学院术科普修课程教学改革的研究

采用问卷调查法、专家咨询法、实验对比法等研究方法,对足球、篮球、排球、田径、游泳、武术、健美操7门术科普修课程,进行教学改革实验.结果显示,在素质教育思想指导下,改革传统教学方法,树立以道德能力、实践能力和创新精神为主的教学目标,有利于培养适应21世纪社会发展的高素质体育人才.

Study on Reform in Teaching Universal Elective Courses for Undergraduates inShanghai Institute of P.E.

By questionnaire, specialists' consultation, comparison t hrough experiments and so on, the research group carried out the reform experime nts in teaching football, basketball, volleyball, athletics, swimming, Wushu, an d aerobic dance as the universal elective courses for undergraduates. The result s show that under the guidance of quality oriented education, to reform the trad itional teaching methods, and to set up the teaching objective of moral ability, practice ability and innovative spirit are beneficial to fostering the sports talents with high quality for 21st century.
