| 摘 要： | 继续教育科学研究对继续教育的主要对象即在职的工程技术人员、科技工作，对继续教育的教育、研究、管理，对社会大众都具有重要的育人作用。其中，关于产业结构调整、人力资源开发、21世纪人才特征的研究，对各种工作岗位的从业人员都会产生一定的教育作用，能够促使他们下决心学习新知识、新技术，培养自己成为21世纪所需要的新型人才。
