| 摘 要： | 制造业是现代文明的支柱之一,它既占有基础地位,又处于前沿关键地位;它是工业的主体,是国民经济持续发展的基础;它是生产工具、生活资料、科技手段、国防装备等的依托,是现代化的动力源之一.近年来,由于生产方式、管理体制的落后,我国传统制造业面临着巨大的困难,如何振兴制造业,使制造业可持续发展,是摆在全国人民面前的一个严肃课题.

| Abstract: | Manufacturing industry is an important part of modern culture,it is at the position of both basis and front;it is the main body of industry and at the same time the basis of economy's sustainable development;it is the support for the improvement of production tool,means of living hood;scientific method,and national defense equipment,it also is one of the drive resources of moderation.In recent years,because of the disadvantages of mode of production and management structure,the manufacturing industry faces great difficulty.How to revive manufacturing industry and make it developed sustainable is a serious problem in front of all the Chinese People. |
