在健美操教学中运用小群体教学模式对大学生心理健康影响的教学实验研究

摘    要:结合健美操选项课的教学,运用小群体教学模式对大学生心理健康进行了教学实验研究,结果显示:实验班实验后与实验前心理健康的总均分及躯体化、人际关系敏感、焦虑因子有显著差异;实验班学生实验后比实验前应付方式的解决问题及自责因子得到显著改善;实验班学生实验后比实验前自我效能感有显著提高.

Abstract:Effects of small group teaching model on college students' psychological health is studied by experiments combined with the selective courses of aerobics teaching.The finds are significant differences in the general equal division among psychological health,factors of Somatization,interpersonal sensitivity and anxiety before and after the experiments in the experimental class.After the experiment the ability of coping,factors of blaming oneself,as well as self-efficacy are greatly improved in the experimental class compared with that before the experiment.
