| 摘 要： | 竞争的加剧促使人们将自身非核心的业务进行外包，物流环节已成为越来越多企业的业务外包对象。在物流外包过程中，外包企业与TPL企业能否达成最优风险分担合同，委托-代理理论模型基于SCM环境给出了肯定的答案。

| Abstract: | The increasingly fierce competition pushes people to outsource their non-core operations. Logistics has become the outsourcing objects of more and more enterprises. Whether the outsourcing enterprises and the TPL enterprises can establish the optimal risksharing contract in the process of logistics outsourcing, principal--agent theory mode gives an affirmative answer based on SCM surroundings. |
