| 摘 要： | 在全面繁荣农村经济、加快城镇化进程中,重点镇应该作为优先发展的对象,通过给予相应的优惠政策及配套扶持,将其建设成为促进农业现代化、加快农村经济社会发展和增加农民收入的重要基地,实现"以点带面"的发展模式,最终实现全面发展的目标。
