NBA 联盟的利益分配机制

NBA联盟协调不同利益主体的关系时主要从劳资间、球队老板间及球员间3个方面着手。NBA于事前约束阶段所使用的分配手段是契约分配;事中约束主要针对于球员、球队间及劳资间进行,所使用的分配手段主要包括额度限制、销售权控制、选秀、转会制度等等;事后处罚阶段所使用的分配手段包括没收托管工资和征收奢侈税,罚金返还阶段所使用的分配手段包括托管工资、奢侈税及剩余款的返还。其目的是实现事前约束中所规定的契约分配比例。

In negotiating the relationship between different benefit subjects,NBA League starts from the handling of the relationship between the labor and the capital,between the players and between the team bosses.Before the match,the distribution is contract distribution.During the match,the limitation is between the player,the team and the labor and the capital.Distribution means include withdrawal limit,sales right control,NBA draft selection,transfer system etc.After match penalty include of salary trusted and luxury tax.Penalty return means the giving back of the trusted payment,the luxury tax and the remaining funds.The purpose is to realize the prescribed allocation ratio.
