| 摘 要： | 通过对南京理工大学学生体育意识与行为的调查与分析,结果表明在校学生对体育的总体认识程度较高,参与意识强,大多数学生已逐渐养成坚持锻炼身体的习惯.从而从一个侧面证明体育教育改革卓有成效,但在体育理论课的内容方面改革仍需深化.

| Abstract: | Through the investigation and analysis on Physical awareness and behavior of the students in Nanjing University of Science and Technology, the results show that the students' over all awareness and attendance to Physical education is comparatively high. The majority of the students have gradually developed the habits of inure body. Therefore, from another perspective, it is proved that Physical education is highly effective. But more reforms in the theories of Physical education need deepening. |
