| 摘 要： | 上古汉语的m声母包括明母和微母,即现代汉语中的全部m声母和部分w声母。传统语言学认为声母是不表义的,但在古汉语中大量带有负面意义的字,是由有“消极、否定、阴暗、阴性”等负面意义的“m—”前缀演变而来。

On Negative Meaning of the Initial Consonant "m-" |

| Abstract: | Initial consonant "m" of archaic Chinese includes "mingmu" and "weimu",namely all initial consonants "m" and some initial consonants "W" in modern Chinese.Traditional Linguistics do not hold that the initial consonants express meaning.But there are a large number of words with negative meaning in archaic Chinese evolved from prefix "m" that denotes denying,dark,and negative meanings. |
