| 摘 要： | 法学人才的培养要适应现实社会不同层次、不同领域的需要.为体现“学以致用、兼顾基础与发展”的原则,有必要对法学本科分层分类教育模式的基本问题给予研究.首先,不同法学院系应确定好各自的人才培养目标;然后结合目标定位选择不同功能的教学模块进行合理配置;最后,要从学分设计、考核机制、配套设施等方面出发,落实有关的培养计划.

In order to make learning effective, it is necessary to study stratified teaching model for undergrad- uate law major. Different departments should determine differ- ent cultivation goal and choose different teaching contents and goal orientation. |
