摘 要: | 人文管理既是大学管理的潮流和趋势,又是高校各项工作全面发展和维护广大师生员工正当权益的现实需要.当前大学实施人文管理面临的问题有:重制度管理,轻人文管理;缺乏高素质的管理队伍;缺乏合理的管理机制.今后进一步推进大学人文管理,应创设良好的人文氛围:加强管理人员的人文素养:建立科学的人文管理机制.

Abstract: | Humanistic management is not only a trend of univer- sity management, but also a practical need of the full develop- ment in campus construction and a requirement of safeguarding the legitimate rights of the staff and students. Currently, there are some problems existing in implementing humanistic management: attaching more importance to systematic management than hu- manistic management; lack of highly qualified management team and reasonable management mechanism. Therefore, to promote Humanistic Management further in universities, a good cultural atmosphere should be created, the humanities quality of man- agers should be strengthened and a scientific humanistic man- agement mechanism should be established. |
