宽带式长冲程双井抽油机方案设计

摘    要:针对普通链条式抽油机能耗大、故障率高等问题,提出了宽带式长冲程双井抽油机设计方案。该抽油机运用了双井抽油原理,采用了双链条传动机构。往返架利用导轨导向,用滚筒替代换向滑块。分析认为,宽带式长冲程双井抽油机具有效率高、冲程长、可靠性高、维护方便等一系列特点和优点,具有较高的推广应用价值。

Abstract:According to the problems of high energy consumption and high failure rate of the conventional chain drive pumping unit,the scheme design for Wideband long stroke pumping unit with double pumping wells is put forward.This kind of pumping unit applies the theory of double pumping wells and uses double chain transmission.The shuttle uses the rail move and the leading block is replaced by drum.Through analysis,the wideband long stroke pumping unit with double pumping wells owns some excellent characters,such as high efficiency,long stroke,high reliability and convenient maintenance.
