| 摘 要： | 随着软件产业的发展,用人单位对高校毕业生的专业实践能力的要求也越来越高.文中就宁波大红鹰学院软件工程专业的核心能力,并以此为基础构建实验教学体系,包括实践教学方式、实验基地建设、项目库建设、师资建设等作了阐述.

| Abstract: | With the development of the software industry, the re- quirement for the competency of college graduates becomes high- er. In the article, the core competency of software engineering personnel is discussed. On this basis, building of the experimen- tal teaching system is elaborated which including the practice of teaching methods, experimental bases, the construction of the project, teaching personnel, etc. |
