男护的心理现状及社会认同度调查分析

随着越来越多的男护士涉足护理行业,打破了传统观念——护理是女性所特有的行业,并为护理事业全面深入的发展注入新的活力。但由于中国数千年的传统观念的束缚,男护得不到大众的认可,社会认同度较低。这种观念在一定程度上也影响着在校男护生和在职男护的工作、生活和学习,使他们不同程度地存在一些心理问题。通过＂男护心理状态及社会认同度调查分析＂的问卷调查,了解男护的心理状态以及社会对他们的认同度,找到解决问题的办法,消除心理问题。

Psychological Status of Male Nurses and Investigation Analysis of Their Social Identity

With more and more male nurse involved in nursing profession,it breaks traditional concept——the nursing work is especially for women,and it injects this industry new vitality.But staying under the chains of tradition,they are rarely possible to be recognized and hard to get social identification.This kind of idea,to a certain extent,affects their work,life and study,which above all may provoke different psychological problems.Through questionnaire survey——＂the analysis of the investigation of male nurses＇ psychological status and social identity＂,to understand the psychological state of the male and their social identity and find a solution to the problem,and finally make it eliminated.
