| 摘 要： | 通过了解当前用人单位对专业人才需求情况,分析了建筑行业岗位设置情况和土木工程专业就业分配总体情况.阐述了在目前形势下,专业人才培养的目标定位要准确,教学计划制定要符合人才培养要求.课程体系设置合理,能全面支撑人才培养目标定位.

| Abstract: | Through understanding the situation of talent demand of employment units, this paper analyzes the set of construction industry positions and the overall situation of employment distri bution of civil engineering major. This paper also holds that pro fessional personnel training goal should be accurately positioned in the current situation, curriculum system should be reasonable, which can fully support the positioning of talent training objec tive. |
