| 摘 要： | 当前,高校旅游学概论课程教学中存在对学生的初始能力重视不足、教学内容重智商轻情商、教学方式亟需创新、教学评价有失全面等困境.要改变这种局面,要注重学生差异,小班化授课;注重学生旅游职业素养培养；切实进行教学方法改革;坚持过程化考核方式.

| Abstract: | Currently, there exist many dilemmas in teaching the course of introduction to tourism. In order to change the situa- tion, teachers should pay attention to students＇ differences and carry out small class teaching, focus on the cultivation of stu- dents＇ tourism vocational accomplishment, implement teaching reform and adopt process-based assessment. |
