高校图书馆外文文献服务的最小努力原则

摘    要:人类行为是建立在最小努力原则基础之上的,图书馆的读行为也自始至终贯穿这一原则。本通过对不同层次读的心理分析及自身的工作实践,阐述了外阅览室工作运用最小努力原则是读第一思想的最好体现,同时也提出了满足读的最小努力外献需求的多项措施:特殊的排架方式;编制专题献索引;细化外刊献并使其网络化;采用双语接待读以及馆藏献的剔旧。

Abstract:Human behavior is always based on the principle of "minimum effort". Of course, the readers' behavior should keep it. In this paper, the author discusses the principle of minimum effort in the foreign language reading -room through the psychological analysis of readers' and her own experience in working, and reveals that it is the best embodiment of " readers first" to meet the readers' need to pay minimum effort for maximum benefit. At the same time, the author expounds more effective measures: putting the books in special order, cataloguing the indexes of the special literature, detailing some foreign literature resources and making them visual resources, talking with readers in English and Chinese, and dealing with the old and useless documents.
