当前上海市短期来华留学生状况的实证研究

短期留学生是来华留学生主要类别之一，约占全国留学生总数的三成。本文利用统计数据，对上海市短期留学生的生源区域、院校分布、专业分布以及专业与院校、洲别的相关性等问题，进行了实证研究，分析了短期留学生的一般特点。本研究对提高来华留学招生工作的效益、优化留学生的专业设置、发挥重点大学的接受主体作用等，具有借鉴意义。

Empirical Research on Shanghai Short - term Overseas Students'Characteristics

Short-term overseas students are one of the main sources of overseas students, which take up about 30% of all the overseas students in China. Based on statistic data about Shanghai short-term overseas students, this thesis conducts empirical research on issues including their source regions, university distribution, major distribution and the relevance between major, university and the continents they come from, therefore the general characteristics of short- term overseas students are analyzed. This research provides useful reference regarding how we should improve enrollment benefit, optimize major setup for overseas students and exert the importance as the accepting key universities etc.
