| 摘 要： | 就农用地分等引用输树县耕地调查资料对回归模型法和中国加(减)法系统进行了比较，通过较为系统的分析，表明回归模型法评定结果性强，准确性高，科学公正，操作简易，是区域性开展土地分等的有效方法。 |

| Abstract: | This article compared and systematically analyzed the Regression Patterning with Chinese Addition/subtraction System on land grading with the data from cultivated land of Yushu county, showing that the Regression Patterning, as an accurate, reasonable and simple means, is an effective land evaluation way with reliable results. |
